Design Plus Gallery presents a set of four Number 33 B9 Le Corbusier Bentwood Chairs. Designed by Michael Thonet first introduced in 1902 in Paris. It was initially designed as a writing desk chair since it was inexpensive and quite comfortable. Later introduced in 1927 for Le Corbusier. The frame bentwood is in a natural finish. The back and seat are caning. One chair has a minor condition on the seating and all four chairs have visible condition on the legs. Arm Height: 27 inches, Seat Height:18 inches.
